Join two of Hupstate’s most popular companies from previous years, Acting for Climate Montréal and Ithaca’s Fern Collective, with guest artist Goddess - for an incredible free outdoor show focusing on nature, the environment, and circus!
Designed to be played in parks or forests and centered on group acrobatics, Acting for Climate Montréal x Fern Collective with guest artist Goddess is a celebration of the strength of community and our relationships to each other and to nature. It is a show to get people outside and inspire them as to what is possible if we work together.
The show is focused on addressing the climate crisis, created in a way as to have minimal impact during creation and while touring.
ACTING FOR CLIMATE is returning after their incredible run at Hupstate 2023 to dive deeper into relationship with nature and the community in Ithaca, NY.

Make sure that you go to the Treman Marina Loop Area near the Hangar Theatre!
Note that there is another park called Treman State Park that is not the right location.
Meeting spot is At the Entrance to the TREMAN MARINA LOOP
Meet up: 1:45 at the meeting point.
Participants will then go to the starting location in nature.
If you are late you are welcome to wander the marina loop, find the group, and join in.
