Guaranteed stipends will be provided based on the performance submission. We ask artists to set their fees and be open to negotiation.

We provide housing for everyone involved in your show at Hupstate Circus Fest for the entire festival - we hope you will stay the whole time and participate! Housing may be in a shared accommodation, and everyone is guaranteed their own bed.
